Ok folks, so I bought this M-Audio controller (it totally freaks me out, hooking it up to the iMac and launching Ableton Live 🙂 – and all of a sudden, this new tune dropped by, telling me that it’s not finished yet. It wants to become a true Fake Plastic Heads songs with vocals and all that other fancy stuff you can imagine.
So, this weekend, I hope I’ll be finishing this tune.

Finally, Boards of Canada have come back with a new WARP release. This first track is really amazing – inviting me to drift away and stay there for a while.
I missed them! Although I have all of their releases. It’s good to know they’re back.

When I first “started” the 4- or 5-hours telephone sessions with my fiancée back in January 2006 (I lived in Cologne at that time, she was living near Munich) – Boards of Canada was always playing in the background. We both loved having them around while getting to know each other. So now, quite a few years later, we still enjoy listening to their albums (together). That’s why I’m so “mad” about their upcoming release 🙂
